The rapid development of technology in the 21st century requires learners to master one crucial competency, namely critical thinking skills. To support the achievement of these skills, there is a need for learning media that can facilitate an effective learning process. One of the media that can be used is the flip PDF corporate edition-assisted e-module. This research aims to determine the validity of the flip PDF corporate edition-assisted e-module for enhancing students' critical thinking skills. This research uses a Research and Development type of study employing the 4D development model which consists of four stages: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, and (4) disseminate. However, this research is limited to the stages of define, design, and develop. The data obtained in this study focuses on the feasibility of the e-learning module from the aspect of validity. The instrument used is a validation sheet for the e-learning module designed to measure content and construct validity through assessments by three validators. The validation results show that the e-module falls into the valid category with a mode score of 4, which is categorized as good. This indicates that the developed e-learning module is declared valid for enhancing students' critical thinking skills.
