Jurnal Silva Samalas intended as a medium for communication between researchers about their work. This journal accepted scientific papers on various topics including forestry, agriculture, botany, and environmental science. Jurnal Silva Samalas also accepted various types of scientific paper including research paper, systematic reviews, and short communication.Â
Jurnal Silva Samalas is published biannually in June and December. This journal was formerly initiated by Forestry Faculty of Nusa Tenggara Barat University. The merger between Nusa Tenggara Barat University and IKIP Mataram into Pendidikan Mandalika University in 2019 lead the management of this journal to Forestry department of Pendidikan Mandalika University.
