Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Melalui Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu (a) plan/perencanaan, (b) do/pelaksanaan, dan (c) see/refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Data dianalisis mengggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang.
