Abstract

Tujuan karya tugas akhir ini adalah untuk: 1) memvisualisasikan beberapa jenis bentuk permainan tradisional Lombok dalam wujud karya seni patung; 2) ide seni memvisualisasikan sosok figur manusia sebagai subjek matter yang menggambarkan permainan tradisional Lombok. Metode dalam mewujudkan ide-ide melalui tahap: 1) persiapan atau tahap pengamatan permasalahan-permasalahan; 2) elaborasi atau tahap pengembangan permasalahan yang terjadi; 3) sintesis atau tahap penetapan gagasan; 4) realisasi konsep atau penciptaan karya; 5) pameran atau pemajangan karya. Karya seni patung mengingatkan kembali tentang permainan tradisional Lombok yang mulai dilupakan dikalangan masyarakat khususnya anak-anak di Lombok. Enam judul karya yang telah dibuat yaitu: 1) Main Papuq Singgak Batek; 2) Main Ban-banan; 3) Main Dengklek; 4) Selodor; 5) Begansingan; 6) Peresean.
