Abstract

Pembelajaran di sekolah masih bersifat konvensional, yaitu model yang menggunakan sistem sederhana seperti ceramah, diskusi, dan kerja kelompok. Dalam menentukan model pembelajaran, guru juga harus memperhatikan faktor siswa sebagai subyek belajar. Upaya untuk meningkatkan penguasaan materi pembelajaran siswa tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dalam hal ini, perlu juga guru yang lebih kreatif agar dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik dan menyenangkan, sehingga para siswa akan menyukai pembelajaran tersebut dan permasalahan yang timbul diantaranya guru lebih banyak menempatkan siswa sebagai objek dan bukan sebagai subjek didik. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada Pengaruh Media Komputer Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Pada Siswa Kelas VII di MTs Al-Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018?. Pengaruh Media Komputer terhadap Prestasi Belajar Bahasa Inggris pada Siswa Kelas VII di MTs Al-Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Komputer Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Pada Siswa Kelas VII di MTs Al-Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes sebagai metode pokok, sedangkan metode dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap, metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dengan rumus t-test. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai thitung 4,818 dan ttabel 2,145 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dengan demikian, thitung>ttabel yaitu (4,818>2,145) dengan demikian penelitian ini signifikan. Ini berarti hipotesis alternatif (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: Ada Pengaruh Media Komputer Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Pada Siswa Kelas VII di MTs Al-Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.
