ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN DANA SERTIFIKASI DOSEN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MUTU PERGURUAN TINGGI

merupakan penelitian studi kasus yang dilakukan di IKIP Mataram. Tujuan dari penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi penggunaan dana sertifikasi dosen terhadap peningkatan
mutu perguruan tinggi. Responden penelitian adalah dosen penerima dana sertifikasi yang ada di
IKIP Mataram. Penentuan responden diambil secara acak sebanyak 100 orang dosen penerima
dana sertifikasi yang terbagi dalam 11 program studi di IKIP Mataram pada kurun waktu
penerimaan minimal 1 tahun. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan
kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini, penggunaan dana sertifikasi dosen
ada 5 variabel yang diteliti yaitu Komitmen, Internally driven, Tanggungjawab/pengawasan
melekat, Kepatuhan kepada rencana, dan Evaluasi. Sedangkan untuk mutu perguruan tinggi ada 3
aspek yang dilihat yaitu Pendidikan/pengajaran, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat.
Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan komputer paket program SPSS/PC +
(Statistical Package For The Social Sciences/Personal Computer +) Versi 22.0 dan Analisis
Fishbein Attitude Model. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan teori Fishbein Atittude terlihat bahwa
rata-rata dari setiap variable di atas angka 2,00 dan variable tanggung jawab yang memiliki skala
paling tinggi sebesar 430. Sehingga peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi tidak terlepas dari
tanggungjawab dosen baik dalam aspek pendidikan/pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada
masyarakat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif antara penggunaan dana sertifikasi
dosen dengan mutu perguruan tinggi yang diperoleh.
