Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Siswa Kelas III SDN. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III. Jumlah keseluruhan kelas III terbagi menjadi 3 kelas dengan jumlah keseluruhan 71 siswa. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan yaitu berjumlah 18 siswa. Setelah dilakukan analisis data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kelas III sangat rendah. Dengan nilai : t_hitung  -0,152 < 2,120 pada t_tabel  (taraf signifikan 0,05) serta dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,881 > 0,05 yang berarti signifikan rendah.
