ANALISIS KUALITAS SISTEM INFORMASI PENGAJUAN SKRIPSI DAN TUGAS AKHIR MAHASISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ISO 9126

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong manusia untuk terus berinovasi. Sebagian besar pekerjaan manusia yang masih bersifat manual telah tergantikan dengan komputerisasi atau dibantu dengan komputer. Salah satunya adalah pengajuan skripasi dan tugas akhir mahasiswa. Pada awalnya pengajuan skripsi dan tugas akhir masih dilakukan manual, maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem informasi yang dimanfaatkan untuk membantu memudahkan dalam mengolah data, me-manage, mengawasi dan mencatat segala aktifitas akademik setiap mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan pengajuan skripsi dan tugas akhir. Namun, sebelum menerapkan sistem tersebut perlu dilakukan beberapa pengujian. Pengujian ini wajib dilakukan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan, desain¸ metode dan pengembangan yang dilakukan. Berberapa model pengujian kualitas perangkat lunak antara lain: McCall’s model, ISO, FURPS, dorbey Model dan sebagainya. Pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin menggunakan ISO 9126 karena pengujian yang dilakukan adalah pada aspek-aspek functionality, realibility, usability, efficency, maintainability, dan portability.
