Abstract

Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan mix kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian evaluasi adalah penggambaran sebuah program dan mengukurnya berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah program-program CSR PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Pemerikasaan dan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui pendekatan triangulasi data yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis interactive model. Proses analisis tersebut mengandung komponen reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Kegiatan atau program CSR PT. NNT memberikan kontribusi yang positif terhadap peningkatan pendidikan, terutama dalam sarana dan prasarana bidang fisik, hal ini dilihat dari rerata 15,8235 dan skor yang diperoleh yaitu 97% dalam kategori maksimal. Sedangkan kontribusi dalam bidang non fisik masih berada pada kategori kurang, yaitu dengan perolehan rerata 9,0588 dan skor 55%.
